MIS profile online Haryana

On MIS profile any employee can see obtained point for transfer merit out of maximum 78. How you got these point detail given below. These point will decide you merit/seniority for transfer policy 2016-17 zone wise. Minimum marks 18 and maximum marks can be 78. These point will automatically change on daily basis by software according to age increases on MIS profile.

MIS profile में My Points के ऑप्शन में जा के आप अपने marks obtained देख सकते है . ये अंक ट्रान्सफर में मेरिट / seniority निर्धारित करेंगे.

Merit/seniority will created on number based system (Total number=78)

 A+B(Age=58+Special Category=20)= 78

A. Age marks=58(maximum)

B. Advantageous Category=20 marks (maximum)

maximum 20 points under this category given below.

• Female marks=10 marks (10 points shall be given to female teachers)
• Special Category female teachers =10 marks (Widow/ divorced/separated/unmarried female teacher more than 40 years of age/ wife of serving Military personal/ Paramilitary personal working outside the State/wife of Haryana Govt. Employees )
• Special Category male teachers= 5 marks ( Widower (A male who has lost his wife and has not re-married) and has one or more minor children and/ or unmarried daughter(s)Eligible male widowers shall be given 5 points only. (in case of remarriage of self/ children becomingmajor/ daughter getting married, the employee will have to update his profile in the MIS and will not be eligible for this advantage any more)

• Differently abled persons Vision= 20 Marks (40% to 60% disability = 10 Marks. Above 60% to 80% = 15 Marks Above 80% =20 Marks)
• Differently abled persons Locomotors = 20 Marks (40% to 60% disability = 10 Marks. Above 60% to 80% = 15 Marks Above 80% =20 Marks)
• Differently abled persons Deaf & Dumb= 20 Marks (40% to 60% disability = 10 Marks. Above 60% to 80% = 15 Marks Above 80% =20 Marks)
• Serious ailment as notified- Self=10 marks (Certificate issued by AIIMS (Including its branches in Haryana), PGI Rohtak, PGI, Khanpur Kalan, Kalpana Chawla Medical College, Karnal, PGI Chandigarh and Duly Constituted Medical Board only.)
• Serious ailment as notified- Spouse/unmarried Children=10 marks (Certificate issued by AIIMS (Including its branches in Haryana), PGI Rohtak, PGI, Khanpur Kalan, Kalpana Chawla Medical College, Karnal, PGI Chandigarh and Duly Constituted Medical Board only.)
• Differently abled or mentally challenged children (Women having Mentally challenged or 100% differently abled child)= 10 Marks (Women teachers having mentally challenged or 100% differently abled children shall be provided maximum 10 points.)
• Well performing teachers= 5 Marks (Teachers giving good results in the last board exam.)For results, following shall be the criteria for entitlement of points:
• 75% to 80 % = 1
• 80% to 85% = 2
• 85% to 90% = 3
• 90% to 95% = 4
• 95% to 100% = 5

MIS profile marks will be decide by formula given above.
