All School Heads are informed that all data pertaining to students Admissions along with school definition data is to be completed on the MIS Portal by 31 July 2015. Detailed instructions regarding this have already been discussed with you in detail. You are hereby directed to ensure the completion of define school, section allocation, subject allocation, roll number allocation & filling of non
mandatory fields of students   in the MIS portal  by 25th July so that the timely compliance report may be sent.   Treat it as most urgent as it is time bound.
Things to be done:-
1.DEFINE SCHOOL SECTION
2.SECTION ALLOCATION
3.SUBJECT ALLOCATION
4.ROLL NUMBER ALLOCATION
5.FILLING OF NON MANDATORY FIELDS OF STUDENTS

You are hereby directed to ensure the data completion and data quality as per the letter keep the following information ready in the attached formats and hand it over to the SIM who will be visiting your school in the coming two or three days. Treat it as most urgent.

  2. Student Record Certificate.

           3. Quarterly data authentically Certificate.
