Casual leave is allowed to every Government employee of Haryana state. How much casual leave is allowed to a Govt. employee depends upon the length of service in the case of a male. Every Govt. female employee of Haryana has 20 Casual leave in a calendar year from the joining of service. At the time of 1st joining male teachers have 10 casual leave per year. After 10 years of regular service, there are 15 casual leave for male teachers. DSE Haryana has released a casual leave proforma for teachers.
