आज नहीं लगने देंगे स्कूल भिवानी : प्रदेश के बड़े अध्यापक संगठन हरियाणा विद्यालय अध्यापक संघ ने ऐलान किया है कि मतदाता दिवस के दिन यानी 25 जनवरी को रविवार का अवकाश है तथा अध्यापक स्कूलों में हरगिज नहीं जाएंगे। अगर सरकार ने किसी तरह की मनमानी की तो अध्यापक संघ बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा व आंदोलन किया जाएगा। प्रदेश के अध्यापक संघ ने ऐलान किया है कि रविवार एवं राजपत्रित अवकाश के दिन स्कूल नहीं लगने दिए जाएंगे। आज भिवानी में हरियाणा विद्यालय अध्यापक संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष मासटर वजीर सिंह ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार राजपत्रित अवकाशों के दिन कोई न कोई आयोजन कर देती है, चाहे वह महान व्यक्तियों की जयंती (गांधी जयन्ती, 2 अक्तूबर), चाहे त्योहार (क्रिसमस व मकर संक्राति) या रविवार हो। इसी कड़ी में 25 जनवरी को मतदाता दिवस मनाने के नाम पर रविवार की छुट्टी रद्द कर दी गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा अधिकार कानून 2009 अध्यापकों से गैर शिक्षक कार्य लेने पर रोक लगाता है। इसी को मानते हुए शिक्षा विभाग के प्रधान सचिव टीसी गुप्ता ने तीन दिन पहले पत्र जारी किया है कि मौलिक स्कूल अध्यापकों से गैर शैक्षिक कार्य नहीं लिया जाएगा। दूसरी तरफ छुट्टी वाले दिन मतदाता दिवस मनाने के लिए स्कूलों में आने की बात कह रहे हैं। यह विरोधाभास समझ से परे है। मतदान सम्बंधी ड्यूटी रद्द की जा चुकी हैं। वैसे तो बीएलओ को छोड़ कर अन्य अध्यापकों का मतदाता दिवस के दिन कोई कार्य नहीं है, फिर भी सरकार अध्यापकों को रविवार की छुट्टी या अन्य राजपत्रित अवकाश के दिन बुलाकर काम लेना चाहती है तो विभाग को प्रतिपूर्ति अवकाश का पत्र जारी करना चाहिए। हरियाणा विद्यालय अध्यापक संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष मा. वजीर सिंह, जिला प्रधान सुखदर्शन सरोहा नेे कहा कि अध्यापक रविवार को अवकाश मनाएंगे व छुट्टी के दिन स्कूल नहीं जाएंगे। सरकार व विभाग के अधिकारी शैक्षिक कलेंडर से अनावश्क व मनमानी छेडख़ानी करके वातावरण बिगाड़ने का काम कर रहे हैं। अध्यापक संघ इस डराने-धमकाने की नीति के माध्यम से खौफ पैदा करने का कड़ा विरोध करेगा। अध्यापक संघ ने यह सूचना सभी जिला व खण्ड कमेटियों के माध्यम से अध्यापकों को दे दी है। अध्यापकों में रोष है और वे स्कूल नहीं जाएंगे। हरियाणा एजुकेशन मिनिस्ट्रीय स्टाफ एसोसिएशन के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष संदीप सांगवान का भी कुछ ऐसा ही कहना था।
