HSTSB safe now

Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) finally got green signal from Supreme Court on Friday when Supreme Court dismissed the SLP filed by Mr. Vijay Kumar Bansal. Mr. Vijay Kumar Bansal filed the said SLP against the Punjab and Haryana High Court order Dated 13-12-2013 passed in his writ petition CWP No. 5084 of 2013. He challenged the validity of Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) in his writ petition in Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh but High Court dismissed his petition with cost of Rs. 25,000. The only relief, Mr. Vijay Kumar Bansal got from Supreme Court is that Supreme Court reduced the cost from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 5,000. The dismissal of the said SLP is also a big relief to selected and appointed PGT candidates in Haryana by HSTSB. It will also a big relief for on going PRT recruitment and candidates. The dismissal of said SLP is also a big relief for present Govt. in Haryana beacuse State Elections will be held in Oct. 2014.
