9870 PRT/ JBT Recruitment – Result “Delayed” due to Interim Order of High Court
Punjab & Haryana High Court todays Interim Order surely delayed the Final Result of 9870 PRT/JBT Recruitment.
Final Result of 9870 PRT/JBTs recruitment are now surely delayed due to the implication of Interim Order passed By Punjab & Haryana High Court. The recruitment was at final stage and thousands of candidates are waiting for final results. But now due to this Interim Order passed By Punjab & Haryana High Court, it got further delayed.
A division Bench headed By Hon’ble Chief Justice SK Koul of Punjab & Haryana High Court today hearing a PIL matter related to 9870 PRT/JBT recruitment under Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB). A PIL was filed by Sh. Maha Singh, (Stated as RTI Activist from Safidon Distt. Jind of Haryana) in the recruitment matter of 9870 PRT/JBT. In this PIL, It was stated by the councel that Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) making selection of teachers without checking of all necessary documents and without verification of their Thum Impression of STET/HTET Certificates. It is also argued that 8404 PRT/JBTs were appointed in 2011 and out of them only 1000 plus Teachers were found having valid STET certificates. The Division Bench issued notice to Haryana School Teachers Selection Board and all other concern parties and ordered to verify each & every document of Candidates before the declaration of Final Result of ongoing 9870 PRT/JBT Recruitment. Now next hearing of this matter will be in 19 August,2014. A common perception is that now Result will be delayed due to this latest order.
